Hindi is the third most spoken language in the world and widely spoken throughout India. By recognizing the acceptance of Hindi in India, our constitution declared Devnagari Hindi as the official language on 14th Sep. 1949. From that day onwards Hindi language put an impact in the education scenario of the country. Hindi Department of our College is conducting additional language course for BA/BSC and B. Com students. It will help the students to enhance their communication skills and aesthetic sense which will determine the student’s future. Learning Hindi will also help the students to embrace the culture of India. The students are empowered in communicative skills through various co-curricular activities such as debates, quiz, seminars and other creative works. Every year we conduct Hindi day celebrations and many of our students are actively participating in literary competitions. For enhancing students’ knowledge, wide ranges of Hindi books are available in the library.
